This book, for bass instruments, provides a melody line that can be performed alone or with the duet part. Parts occasionally cross to maintain a good playing range. Concert keys include: C, F, B-flat, E-flat, C and E minor. The keys are carefully chosen to be reachable for the first or second-year student which also allows them to be sung within a comfortable vocal range. A piano accompaniment book is sold separately. All the books in this series are arranged in the same concert key so that instruments can be mixed and matched.
